If you are traveling SOUTH on Interstate 95:
Take exit 130, proceed south on U.S. 17 to Yulee.
Turn left (east) on Highway A1A and follow A1A to Amelia Island.

If you are Traveling NORTH on Interstate 95:
Take exit 323 (old exit 129), proceed east on Highway A1A to Amelia Island.

From the Jacksonville, Florida International Airport:
Exit the airport on the access road, and travel approximatly
2 miles to I-95. Take I-95 north for approximatly 9 miles, to exit 129.
Take exit 323 (old exit 129), proceed east on Highway A1A to Amelia Island.
