Amelia Island Fishing
Amelia Island presents the fisherman with
a host of options for enjoying the sport. If you are a surf, boat, or
pier fisherman, you'll find a choice of places to wet your line. Bass
fishing is also available in the area in both fresh and tidal waters.
Thirteen miles of pristine beach make Amelia Island a treasure for the
surf fisherman.
Charters are available at the marina for offshore
fishing, both bottom and big game variety. Guides and charters
are also available for fishing the tidal rivers
and flats.
There are two piers on Amelia Island, one
private and one open to the public at Ft. Clinch State Park. The bridge
at the south end of the island has been replaced, and the old bridge has
been converted to a fishing pier.
Please take a few minutes to browse our fishing directory, where we hope
you'll find information to make your fishing trip a productive one.
